One listing / unit. A building with 6 apartments is 6 properties. Multi-platform listings of the same unit (Airbnb + Booking.com) count once.

Any time, up or down. Upgrades are prorated instantly; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per booking?+
Never. One flat monthly fee. No per-reservation tax, no percentage of revenue — unlike most channel managers.
What’s included on every plan?+
