This Privacy Policy explains how Flats Bratislava s. r. o. (“we”), the data controller, collects and uses personal data when you use relax.host, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To provide and secure the service, process bookings and messages, bill you, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.
Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Where a sub-processor operates outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use a limited set of vetted providers for hosting, infrastructure, payments, email, and AI inference. A current list is available on request from info@flatsbratislava.com; material changes are notified in advance.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations (e.g. invoicing). After termination, data is deleted or anonymised within 30–90 days unless law requires longer.
Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@flatsbratislava.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, least-privilege, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures.
